How do I get my Mac Mini to you?

I don't own a Mac Mini yet, can I buy one from you?

Yes, when you order your Mac Mini dedicated server, simply tell us which Mac Mini you would like and we will install and set it up for you.

How is my Mini connected to the Internet?

Your server is connected to our network via a dedicated 100Mbit Ethernet connection, and then to a BGP (Border Gateway Control) balanced Internet connection using multiple upstream internet providers.

How often can I visit my Mini at the data centre?

What about managing my server?

With a colocated server, most customers manage their own servers, but if you do not want to do this, we provide management and maintenance services for our mnanaged network contract customers, call our sales support team on 08450 34 64 54 to find out more details as this is priced on a per-customer basis depending on your needs.

How do I get technical support?

We have a dedicated customer support portal where you can log trackable trouble tickets.

How do I pay for my service?

We accept payment by all major debit & credit cards, cheque or standing order or if you prefer PayPal or Google Checkout.

What does the setup fee cover?

The setup fee covers up to one hour of technician time to install your server and work with you either on-site at the data centre or remotely to make sure you are happy the server is working. This means racking the equipment and ensuring that the power and internet connectivity is functioning.
